In addition they sell accessories and spare parts to their broad product range. Continuousgrowth and in volume and number of products made it necessary to build a new warehouse and reorganize the working processes.
1 任務(wù)定義 Task definition
現(xiàn)有的倉(cāng)庫(kù)已經(jīng)不能夠滿足物流的需求。備件和配套附件從6000多米的貨架上揀選出來(lái)，裝入手推車。貨架占用建筑面積700平方米，儲(chǔ)物盒中包含約38000個(gè)貨位，總共存儲(chǔ)45000多個(gè)不同的物品。據(jù)計(jì)算，揀選性能為每小時(shí)40訂單行，共需三人完成。公司希望節(jié)省空間、提高揀選效率，實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)庫(kù)存管理、揀貨錯(cuò)誤最小化和少于24小時(shí)的配送準(zhǔn)備。

2 解決方案 Solution
在占地面積不足40 平米的空間內(nèi)安裝垂直回轉(zhuǎn)式倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)。40 ％的較小部件存放在4 臺(tái) Kardex Megamat RS 350里，這幾臺(tái)設(shè)備含有多種尺寸的儲(chǔ)物盒。遵循“分批處理”的揀選原則，縮短揀貨時(shí)間。指示燈（TIC Matrix）顯示目標(biāo)儲(chǔ)物盒和目標(biāo)容量，以便揀選器能夠快速、直接、正確地存取貨物。倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理軟件使用批量積累的方法同時(shí)控制4臺(tái)設(shè)備，避免了兩個(gè)揀選器的等待時(shí)間。
Vertical carousels were installed in less than 40 m2 floor space. 40 % of the smaller parts is accommodated in 4 Kardex Megamat RS 350, the units contains of bins of various sizes. Access times were achieved by using the“batch” picking principle. A light indicator (TIC Matrix) shows the target bin and target volume to the picker to permit rapid, direct and error-free access.The warehouse management software used controls 4 machines simultaneously using batch accumulation. This avoids waiting times for the pickers.
